Ero già stato loro cliente e mi ero fidato ma questa volta dopo aver pagato l'intervento che non ha portato a nessuna riparazione se non al consiglio di comprare un loro elettrodomestico ho provato ad informarmi un po sul guasto. Ecco la soluzione era un semplice collegamento da rifare. Costo del pezzo 15 centesimi 4 viti da togliere. Sarebbero bastati 5 minuti durante il "famoso" intervento tecnico per accorgersene. Roba da struscia la notizia. I found myself very very badly .. Segnalata la cosa mentre provvedevo ad acquistarne una seconda, in modo da escludere problemi sul portalampada, non ho richiesto, ma non mi è nemmeno stata proposta, la sostituzione. In un modo di centri commerciali asettico, questa è ancora una attività con l'anima!!! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! Excellent five stars well deserved. Li ho chiamati x aggiustare la mia asciugatrice a luglio e dopo svariate telefonate x avere notizie sul pezzo di ricambio sono ancora qui con l'asciugatrice rotta e siamo a novembre!! Hanno inventato scuse x giustificare il ritardo e dopo l'ultimo sollecito mi hanno risposto che avevano annullato la pratica perché qualcuno aveva chiamato dicendo di rinunciare alla riparazione!! Cosa non vera! Pessima esperienza e consigliatissimo! Bad! Never again!!!
