P	Paula de Benito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de varios días "luchando" para conseguir la reparación del intercambiador de temperatura del motor por un precio razonable (de 760€ a 270€ al final) cuando recogimos el coche (un c4 coupé) descubrimos que la maneta del maletero había desaparecido. El taller se hizo el loco aunque demostramos que 24h antes en el taller, la pieza estaba en el coche. Asi que nos volvimos de las vacaciones con una pieza menos y un cabreo más.....No recomiendo este taller. After several days "struggling" to get the engine temperature exchanger repair for a reasonable price (from € 760 to € 270 at the end) when we picked up the car (a c4 coupe) we discovered that the trunk handle was missing. The workshop was crazy although we showed that 24 hours before in the workshop, the part was in the car. So we came back from vacation with one less piece and one more anger ..... I do not recommend this workshop.

Mi fanno un preventivo al telefono sul quale si presuppone il problema di poco meno di 1000.00 euro e io già incavolato perché la garanzia della casa madre Citroen in 5 anni non mi ha passato proprio niente, nemmeno un problema da 50 euro, pensavo seee non mi hanno riconosciuto 50 figuriamoci 1000. Mi son dovuto ricredere grazie alla professionalità di Alberto l'accettatore e riuscito tramite una ricerca che il mio veicolo era presente in un richiamo non sponsorizzato dalla casa madre. Non tutto il danno mi è stato passato ma al80%. Posso essere molto soddisfatto questa volta ?. I'm calling about a spy problem, they give me an appointment for the next day.
