Ambiente estremamente suggestivo, si ha la sensazione di entrare nel cuore del massiccio roccioso... sullo sfondo l'altare con l'Effige dell'Arcangelo...una grande sensazione di pace....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La piccola chiesa è stata edificata intorno alla grotta originaria. Secondo la tradizione qui aveva scelto la sua dimora San Michele Arcangelo, ma il Signore aveva previsto altro. Così, un giorno, mentre l'Arcangelo Michele percorreva un tunnel attraverso il monte, si trovò all'improvviso di fronte ad uno strapiombo e fu costretto a sollevarsi in volo per toccare terra solo sul Gargano, dove fu poi elevato il Santuario di Monte Sant'Angelo a lui dedicato.
All'interno della grotta c'è un piccolo pozzo da cui i visitatori possono attingere l'acqua benedetta. Sull'altare si ammira la statua di San Michele Arcangelo il cui scudo riporta la scritta: quis ut Deus.
All'esterno della chiesa sorge una piccola cappella dedicata alla Madonna di Lourdes.
Possibilità di parcheggio nella piccola area antistante.
The small church was built around the original cave. According to tradition, San Michele Arcangelo had chosen his residence here, but the Lord had foreseen something else. Inside the cave there is a small well from which visitors can draw holy water. On the altar you can admire the statue of St. Michael the Archangel whose shield bears the inscription: quis ut Deus.
Outside the church there is a small chapel dedicated to the Madonna of Lourdes.
