Il sugo d'oca era una passata di pomodoro con qualche pezzo di carne, aspro e senza il gusto di una preparazione fatta con cura e la crescia una specie di mattonella riscaldata senza fragranza e croccantezza. Una vera delusione. I'm not usually very strict but I ate really bad here. The goose sauce was a tomato sauce with a few pieces of meat, sour and without the taste of a preparation made with care and it grows a kind of heated tile without fragrance and crunchiness. A real disappointment.

Proprietari gentilissimi. Conto giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. We didn't stay in the hotel but had lunch at the restaurant. All very good from appetizer to dessert. Excellent house wine and impeccable service. Very kind owners. Fair value for money.

I proprietari e tutto il personale sono gentili e simpatici, il clima che si respira all'interno è quello tipico di famiglia, i piatti sono cucinati con amore e cura, ottimi i primi ed eccezionale la carne cotta alla griglia nel camino! Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Tappa obbligatoria se passate da Gubbio! Restaurant in the center of Gubbio, traditional Eugubian cuisine. The owners and all the staff are kind and friendly, the atmosphere inside is typical of a family, the dishes are cooked with love and care, excellent first courses and exceptional meat cooked on the grill in the fireplace! Unbeatable value for money. Obligatory stop if you are passing through Gubbio!
