Non sempre al telefono risponde il/la diretto/a interessato/a. Alla domanda per chi è l'appuntamento mi risponde: " io qui ho questo nome" come dire "se non lo sa lei chi è??" L'appuntamento era per mia madre.
Per i medici 5 STELLE.
