Molte volte tengono le saracinesche chiuse durante gli orari di apertura, con impossibilità di richiedere appuntamenti o informazioni urgenti.
Se si prova a prenotare l'appuntamento dal numero ufficiale giustamente ti consigliano di presentarti lì in filiale perché impossibilitati.
Consiglio indagine interna, contatterò chi di riferimento ed eventuale disdetta (dopo più di 4 anni di servizi gas e luce).
È giusto che internet sappia.
