Apprezzabile che da subito hanno fatto un preventivo con tutte le spese dettagliate, senza sorprese al saldo finale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno installato impianto di condizionamento il quale dopo qualche mese ha avuto un problema. Ho chiamato diverse volte quantomeno per un sopralluogo di verifica ma nessuno è venuto controllare. Pessimo servizio al Cliente. AGGIORNAMENTO A SEGUITO RISPOSTA DEL PROPRIETARIO: non è mia abitudine rispondere ai proprietari ma non è nemmeno giusto dare informazioni sbagliate. Quindi eccezionalmente faccio alcune precisazioni. Il lavoro è stato svolto dalla ERRECI SNC, forse altra società del gruppo ma immagino molto "contigua" alla SRL. In secondo luogo i contatti con i vostri uffici li ho presi diverse volte chiedendo un'uscita di verifica che avete sempre negato. Il tutto con molta pazienza motivo del ritardo nella recensione perchè, come immaginavo, non è certo piacevole da ricevere. Infine visto che avete capito bene sia problema sia Cliente invece di invitare me a prendere contatto con i vostri uffici avreste potuto voi chiamare me: sarebbe stato un apprezzabile Servizio al Cliente. Anche solo per un chiarimento perchè ormai il problema lo ha risolto un altro. Cordiali saluti.
They installed an air conditioning system which after a few months had a problem. I called several times at least for an inspection but no one came to check. Bad customer service. UPDATE FOLLOWING THE OWNER'S REPLY: it is not my habit to reply to the owners but it is also not right to give wrong information. So, exceptionally, I make some clarifications. The work was carried out by ERRECI SNC, perhaps another company in the group but I imagine very "contiguous" to SRL. Secondly, I have taken contacts with your offices several times asking for a verification exit which you have always denied. All this with a lot of patience because of the delay in the review because, as I imagined, it is certainly not pleasant to receive. Finally, since you understood both the problem and the customer well, instead of inviting me to contact your offices, you could have called me: it would have been an appreciable Customer Service. Even just for a clarification because by now the problem has been solved by another. Best regards.

Il mio consulente, Jacopo Avinci, mi ha seguito passo passo, dalla prima consulenza, fino alla stipula del contratto e continua nel post-vendita, monitorando la mia situazione e proponendomi dei cambi tariffa, qualora ci fossero prezzi più bassi dei miei attuali.
Insomma, conosco personalmente e consiglio vivamente questa azienda per la gestione delle forniture di gas ed energia.

Insomma da un impianto che mi sono ritrovato inefficiente a uno finalmente utilizzabile, monitorabile e che mi sta facendo risparmiare un sacco di soldi.
Commerciale (Jacopo) e tecnici superlativi: competenti ed educati. Si sono ritrovati a sistemare anche ciò che hanno trovato.
Super consigliati.

In short, from a system that I found myself inefficient to one that can finally be used, monitored and which is saving me a lot of money.
