Riproviamo il giorno seguente e l'impiegata risponde, riconosce che sta parlando con la persona con cui aveva lascito la questione in sospeso, e bruscamente dice che non solo un call center e chiude la chiamata.. In pochi giorni e riuscita a sbloccare la mia situazione. Sono rimasta 2 settimane senza luce e gas , nonostante aver inviato tempestivamente e correttamente compilati i contratti a ENEL.Ho chiamato diverse volte il call center di Enel e ogni volta mi davano una versione diversa. Alla fine stanca ed esasperata mi sono rivolta al negozio Enel di Legnano e ho fatto bene. Assolutamente consigliato! Special thanks to Mrs. Raffaella M. for her professionalism, punctuality and availability. In a few days she managed to unblock my situation. I was left without electricity and gas for 2 weeks, despite having sent the contracts to ENEL promptly and correctly filled in. I called the Enel call center several times and each time they gave me a different version. In the end, tired and exasperated, I turned to the Enel shop in Legnano and did well. Absolutely recommended!

Ho fatto il cambiamento da servizio elettrico a enel mercato libero, l'impiegata, scrivendo i dati ha crociato altri usi invece di utente domestico. Da quel giorno, incubo totale... Le bollette mi arrivano a 600€ Mi sono resa lì e mi dicono di chiamare il call center perché loro non possono fare nulla e non vedono i dati. Ma allora cosa state lì a fare se poi devo chiamare il call center... Da 1 anno e mezzo che sono in ballo con questa situazione. Ora mi hanno detto di rendermi a Busto Arsizio.. Volevo per essere cortese disdire appuntamento di martedì p.v. ore 15 relativamente ad informazioni su kit PV plug&play. Spiacente Impossible to contact by phone.
