★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, contattarli telefonicamente è impossibile perché anche se risponde la voce guida e sei messo in attesa, dopo qualche minuto cade la linea senza riuscire a parlare con nessuno.
Bad service, contacting them by phone is impossible because even if the guide voice answers and you are put on hold, after a few minutes the line drops without being able to talk to anyone.
