Prenotare è semplice perché dispongono di più centraliniste, l'attesa telefonica quindi non è lunga I had an ecg and examination. I did not wait long for the reservation as it is not exempt. Andiamo all’appuntamento e ci dicono “ah ma per l’esenzione se ne parla a luglio devi pagare l’importo intero”. Assurdo e veniamo pure da lontano. Pure nella chiamata di conferma prenotazione ho ripetuto la questione esenzione e avevano accertato che andava bene. I called twice for a reservation for my mother-in-law and both times I reiterated that I wanted to book a ticket exempt visit and they gave me a date. We go to the appointment and they tell us "ah but for the exemption we talk about it in July you have to pay the full amount". Absurd and we also come from afar. Also in the booking confirmation call I repeated the exemption question and they had ascertained that it was fine.
