★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with wonderful view.
In summer you can enjoy a drink at the outdoor bar, which is quite nice.
It also has an outdoor pool.
The breakfast is American buffet type, with a lot of food types to choose from.
Only con is the checkout is at 10 o'clock, which is too early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a wonderful hotel located close to the downtown area. There's a very nice spa inside and a good restaurant. The breakfast is outstanding. I booked a suite with a wonderful view, the room was large and comfortable, perfectly cleaned. You should try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, nice breakfast spread, the room itself was okay, but our bathroom left a lot to be desired. It didn't have a shower, only a bathtub with a shower handle, which meant every time we used it, the entire bathroom and everything in it got wet, including the toilet paper. I also thought it was strange that the toilet and bidet were set at opposite ends of the bathroom,.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel with a spa. Very organized. Good service and good quality. The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that one week before we arrive we called to ask a vegetarian menu for the dinner and (apart from the buffet for starters that was full of variety) basically the options was potato and cheese. Everything was tasty and good but was going to be amazing if the chef had been a bit more creative for vegetarians and vegans when requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good spa amenities. It's an older building, like they all tend to be in a town like Chianciano, but nicely refurbished, with a modern twist to it.
With the added plus that it sits on a very spacious elevated lot of land, so the views are great. We got a great little room, I loved the modern decor. The shower worked great, good hot water and great water pressure, but the jacuzzi part of it was looking sad and old and, surprise, did not work. This is the only minus in an otherwise very good hotel, I would recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly not good. Hotel is overall ok, but lots of negative points. We had a suite of good size but with old furniture, and a bad layout. Worst than everything we found rubbish in the bin when we moved in, lots of dusts on the windows which was there even afyer we pointed that out (it was cleaned badly) and one of us has an allergy to that. Light bulbs brunt in the bathroom, which were supplied with bathing products only the first day. The second day we had to ask and bring them ourselves, to find the old empty ones were not even removed. Generwlly speaking cleaningnes was very poor. The spa quite old and not relly well working. Hydro was not working as it should have done, turkish bath not working at all, emotional shower too, and worst how can you enjoy them with a plastic cap on you head ? Breakfast ok as far as fruit, croissant go. The rest, from juices downwards poor. Staff was really unhappy in thr restaurant and moody in thr spa. To top it up when we said that we were going to leave one day earlier they also made a wrong calculation of our bill, we pointed that out and they made a second mistake (of few euro, which we did not even bother bringing up). Not good. Sorry

We went for a weekend to relax and switch off for a bit, enjoy the Spa and just not worry about anything.
However, apart from the hotel not resembling anything 4 star related, the Spa was an extreme letdown. In fact, it was worse than that. There was mould everywhere in the main area. The walls and pillars were full of it. When we mentioned that the reaction was odd.
One person said they knew already. When asking why they are not doing anything about it, they complained towards us that they had to work in this environment. Sorry? Then do something about it! We left the Spa and informed reception and next morning the Manager. Again, no one really took ownership and they still advertised the Spa to other guests.
Breakfast was nice, but the purpose of the stay was completely gone by then.
