P	Philippa Bogle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really excellent - beautiful surroundings everything very clean and well maintained and very relaxing to be in real volcanic hot springs with beautiful views over the valley. Stay at the hotel if you can and have access to the quieter pool area for guests only. The only thing I’d like is a more natural outdoor pool in the woods for a more “outdoor swimming” experience in nature. Also great they have small more affordable single rooms if you are there relaxing alone. And accessible from Florence by train - just one easy change at Siena and the hotel will pick you up from the train station. Hotel staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful and even fixed my suitcase when the zip broke! Thank you for a lovely stay.

L	Leo Idiarte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the place and the pools, but the silent area is not good. People do not get it to be silent and keep it quiet! Walking back and forth and speaking loud! The property staff needs to make sure there are plenty of signs around the silent area to advise people to be quiet and have the bathroom use only for those inside the silent area. The rest was really good!

When the weather is not good and only inside area is open for relaxing, there are only silent area‘s, so no place for children, except they are completely silent. The reception does not inform you about it. Once you have paid, there is no refund, although you are leaving the place. A lot of room for improvement in their service concept.

I've got the flu here cause it was packed on a Saturday and they are not really limiting the number of customers, anyway I took the rapid COVID test and it was negative but there's is a 50% chance it is a false negative. Enter at your own risk ?

L	Laurene roussel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were choked about how the lady at the desk talked to us and did not bother looking at us when asking questions. Maybe she was having a a bad day. The view is fantastic but that’s all they provide. The water was barely at 30 degrees (not 35+ like they advertise) which was quite unpleasant. The facilities really need cleaning and refurbish (toilet and shower) but above all, they need to train the host lady and maybe explain her the customers deserve be talked to like humans. Horrendous. Will definitely not return.
