★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location,best views in Tuscany! Comfortable hotel and helpful staff,especially Valentina in reception who spent over an hour sorting out a tour for us when the one we had booked let us down at the last minute . Lovely pool and delicious food . Definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's an amazing location to celebrate a wedding. As a wedding photographer in Tuscany I had the pleasure to shoot here and the atmosphere was incredible. The countryside around this place is unique and magic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel – stunning location – very friendly staff but the food was disappointing.
The breakfast is only average but acceptable. However, the arranged dinner a Ferragosto was a disappointment. The lovely garden and the surrounding fuelling the hope of an extraordinary dinner. Knowing that dinner before 9 PM is not dinner in Italy we come down at 9:30 had our starter and a break of more than 1h before we got served the next course as the chef was not able to handle different schedules. The menu itself was OK but not good enough for what the setting deserved.
Go there to sleep but not for the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most beautiful places I have been in Tuscany. Stunning view, awesome Sunsets, good food and lovely pool make this an awesome experience. Only thing I was missing was WiFi in my room (le Crete), although the view made up for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all you have to distinguish between the restaurant and the hotel. The restaurant serves perfect treats and offers a nice selection of wines, while convincing the guests with their mindful service.
On the other hand the hotel part of the business is a little bit lacking of good service and the perfection of details.
The breakfast was definitely not worth four stars.
You should know, that there are often events, which includes external guests. We gained the impression that the focus is more on the events rather than the hotel business.
Furthermore do the rooms need a refurnishing, especially the air conditioning is much louder than effective.
Pool, view and location deserve nothing but 5 stars.
Our conclusion was: a little more appearance than substance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW - What a hotel. It feels like staying in paradies. Absolute amazing location on a hill with incredible 360° view. The pool area is great and we could order a bottle of white wine - for a fair price. I would absolutely recommend to eat in the restaurant of the hotel. Amazing location with food prepared with a lot of love. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice and well renovated castel from outside BUT inside ( I mean the rooms) it's still a lot to work on - empty dirty wall, cheap equipment in bathroom( not for 4stars relais), problematic drain of the toilet etc. The ladies at the reception are not prepared ( 2 out of 3 that I have communicated), are not able to give simple indications,there are no maps or brochures for tourists etc. This hotel could be OK for 1 night but not more.
