★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinate tende per balcone e coppia di tende per interno in febbraio , ed e’ stata un’agonia ! Subito acconto salatissimo , telefonate su telefonate per sapere quando sarebbero venuti a montarle , trovavano sempre scuse del tipo non e’ arrivata la merce , domani piove e non possiamo venire ! Esasperati, li abbiamo pregati, di venire almeno a montare le tende interne , e sono venuti il 20 maggio ! (altro acconto )
Passati in negozio, sperando di avere notizie più precise sui tempi biblici di fornitura e posa in opera. Sempre scuse assurde , finche’ stufi , abbiamo mandato i link informativi su dove e come approvigionare il materiale di montaggio, che l' azienda non riusciava a trovare dai propri fornitori !!!
Il giorno dopo , ci telefonarono che la merce era arrivata ( che caso ! ) ,
montate le tende , abbiamo visto che non avevano ne’ dei legacci, ne’ dei fori con dei legacci per legarle alla ringhiera ! Praticamente basta un minimo di vento e le tende formate da 2 teli , svolazzano per il balcone ! Lavoro praticamente non finito , tempi lunghissimi, mancanza di professionalita’ e serieta’. Concludendo : esperienza totalmente negativa !
si puo'spendere molto meno, a parita' di materiali. sconsiglio vivamente rapporti con questa azienda.
 Order awnings for the balcony and a couple of curtains for the interior in February, and it was agony! Immediately a very high down payment, phone calls after phone calls to find out when they would come to mount them, they always found excuses like the goods did not arrive, tomorrow it rains and we cannot come! Exasperated, we begged them to at least come and set up the interior tents, and they came on May 20th! (another deposit)
Passed into the shop, hoping to have more precise information on the biblical timing of supply and installation. Always absurd excuses, until fed up, we sent information links on where and how to supply the assembly material, which the company could not find from its suppliers !!!
The next day, they phoned us that the goods had arrived (what a case!),
when the curtains were put up, we saw that they had neither ties nor holes with ties to tie them to the railing! Basically, a minimum of wind is enough and the curtains made up of 2 sheets flutter around the balcony! Practically unfinished work, very long lead times, lack of professionalism and seriousness. Bottom line: totally bad experience!
you can spend much less, for the same materials. I strongly advise against dealing with this company.
