★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato delle porte interne nel novembre 2016 che sono state installate da un operaio esterno, montaggio discreto rifiniture pessime perché per nascondere le imperfezioni é stato usato del silicone, ora giallo su porte bianche marca Garofali premetto che non doveva essere messo. Tutt' ora sto ancora aspettando un intervento per sostituzione carello interno porta a libro difficoltà nel aprirla perché si incastra. Telefonato più volte ai titolari ma non sanno se il pezzo ordinato é arrivato, forse lo hanno ordinato su marte? Più volte dopo varie sollecitazioni mi è stato detto che un intervento del tecnico è difficoltoso perché la mia abitazione si trova a Santa Croce di Trieste, mi chiedo pertanto se al momento del saldo ero distante da loro. Personale incompetente da sconsigliare per eventuali acquisti.

All the time I am still waiting for an intervention to replace the internal trolley door to book difficulty in opening it because it fits. Called the owners several times but they don't know if the ordered piece has arrived, maybe they ordered it on Mars? Several times after various requests I have been told that an intervention by the technician is difficult because my home is located in Santa Croce di Trieste, so I wonder if at the time of the settlement I was far from them. Incompetent staff to advise against for any purchases.

Although I asked their availability for a rather urgent quote, the technician came to do the inspection but I never got the quote !! No reply to emails and phone always busy ... Speechless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installazione di porta blindata a un prezzo più che ragionevole. Sopralluogo, poi installazione in un giorno. Ci sono stati alcuni problemi tecnici, ma alla fine si è riuscito a risolvere tutto.
Security door installation at a more than reasonable price. Inspection, then installation in one day. There were some technical problems, but in the end everything was resolved.
