Un solo piccolo appunto e ,secondo il mio personale gusto essendo vissuto a focaccia e caffè per 70 anni a Savona, laciarla un poco più malcotta, cioè più bianca. Comunque consumata questa appena ricevuta, ne ordinerò ancora, visto che qui in Friuli , la focaccia non esiste se non fatta come il pane. Comunque bravi !
Focaccia with good taste considering that it cannot be enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Just one small note and, according to my personal taste having lived on focaccia and coffee for 70 years in Savona, leave it a little more battered, that is, whiter. However consumed this as soon as received, I will order more, since here in Friuli, the focaccia does not exist if it is not made like bread. However good!
