★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da stare alla larga , se potessi dare 0 o meglio sotto zero lo darei , pessimi , la professionalità abita lontano da qua , l'importante è vendere svalutando il vostro immobile , il vero cliente non siete voi ma il compratore, bisogna d'altronde mettere il vostro immobile "competitivo" come dicono loro.
Absolutely to stay away, if I could give 0 or better below zero I would give it, very bad, professionalism lives far from here, the important thing is to sell by devaluing your property, the real customer is not you but the buyer, on the other hand you have to put your property "competitive" as they say.

Non-professionali,con scarsa etica professionale verso l'acquirente.
Nel processo della compravendita=troppo orientati sul venditore,mentre pochissimo o niente sull'acquirente,che e' in effetti collui che acquistando paga la provvigione molto piu' alta del venditore.
Peccato non ci sia il voto zero(0).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali. Scrivi per avere informazioni per un annuncio, e ti rispondono 3 giorni dopo. Gli scrivo dicendo se potevamo vederla a tale giorno non si fanno sentire. Per scoprire solo il giorno dopo che l'annuncio non esiste più e che la casa è stata venduta. Siccome non credo che un immobile si venda dalla mattina al pomeriggio mi chiedo "perché non mi hanno detto la prima volta che ho chiesto informazioni che la casa era in trattativa?"; poi si arrabbiano pure quando gli ho fatto notare della mancanza. P. S. Guarda caso per battibeccare hanno risposto immediatamente alle email.
Unprofessional. Write for information for an ad, and they'll get back to you 3 days later. I am writing to them saying if we could see her on that day they are not heard.
