Non mi hanno voluto effettuare un cambio perchè affermavano di avere il terminale dello scontrino rotto. Avevo chiesto gentilmente al ragazzo in cassa di chiamare l’altro punto vendita golden point a via bernini per accertarmi che avessero la mia taglia, mi é stato detto che loro non collaborano con altri negozi golden point (l’avevo chiesto perchè ero stata in precedenza da Golden Point al corso Umberto e non ho trovato la taglia) per cui non volevo fare il giro di mezza Napoli per un semplice cambio.
RUDE STAFF!
They didn't want to make a change because they claimed to have a broken receipt terminal. I had kindly asked the guy at the cashier to call the other golden point store in via bernini to make sure they had my size, I was told that they don't collaborate with other golden point stores (I asked because I had been previously from Golden Point to Corso Umberto and I have not found the size) so I did not want to go around half of Naples for a simple change.
