★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho accompagnato la mia ragazza a fare degli acquisti; le ragazze del negozio hanno accolto e aiutato a fare degli acquisti a una signora diversamente abile come se fosse una loro madre o persona di famiglia; senza farla sentire a disagio ma con molta calma; pazienza e rispetto ; come dovrebbe essere in tutti gli esercizi commerciali; ma purtroppo non é così; complimenti a tutto lo staff.
Today I accompanied my girlfriend to make purchases; the shop girls welcomed and helped make purchases to a disabled lady as if she were their mother or family member; without making her feel uncomfortable but very calm; patience and respect; as it should be in all businesses; but unfortunately it is not so; congratulations to all the staff.
