Unico appunto la signora che mi ha servito all'acquisto non è particolarmente affabile anzi cmq mai scortese .

Only note the lady who served me at the purchase is not particularly friendly indeed cmq never rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo quasi sempre ciò che mi occorre. Personale molto numeroso. Peccato che facciano il tocco per chi debba servire il cliente. Sono arrivata ed erano in 5 con le braccia dietro la schiena e disposti a semicerchio, si sono guardati per decidere chi dovesse servirmi e intanto io ero lì ad aspettare. Alla fine mi ha servito l'unica persona che stesse facendo qualcosa ovvero le pulizie! Cose di pazzi! Una brutta presentazione per chi non conosce la storica attività.
I almost always find what I need. Very large staff. Too bad they do the touch for those who have to serve the customer. I arrived and there were 5 of them with their arms behind their backs and arranged in a semicircle, they looked at each other to decide who should serve me and in the meantime I was there waiting. In the end I was served by the only person who was doing anything or housekeeping! Crazy things! A bad presentation for those unfamiliar with the historical activity.
