Voglio fare i complimenti alle commesse, specialmente a due ragazze che avevano sul cartellino il nome di Emanuela e Elena. Grazie di cuore per la simpatia e la sensibilità dimostrata, e per avermi consigliato nel modo migliore! Mi spiace vedere che qualcuno non la pensa allo stesso modo, ma io vi ringrazio e sappiate che siete bravissime ????? e bentornate al lavoro!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sei mesi fa ho comprato un paio di orecchini d'oro. Non sono stati usati tutti i giorni, ma solo occasionalmente.
Pertanto, la chiusura si è staccata e sono andata in negozio per risolvere il problema.
Solo ora il personale mi ha detto che la garanzia è di sole DUE SETTIMANE e non si assume nessun responsabilità.
Nonostante sia un problema di fabbrica, il personale mi ha rimproverato di non essere stato attento con gli orecchini e per questo motivo si sono staccati.
Come soluzione, il negozio mi ha consigliato di acquistare un altro paio di orecchini, perché non possono più essere riparati, ovviamente con i propri soldi, senza alcuno sconto, per non parlare del rimborso.
Il personale è incompetente, al momento dell'acquisto degli orecchini non hanno nemmeno annunciato nulla di garanzia.
LE DUE SETTIMANE DI GARANZIA parlano della QUALITÀ DEI PRODOTTI!
NON CONSIGLIO QUESTO NEGOZIO!
PS: Scrivo questo messaggio nella speranza che qualcuno mi contatti e sfrutteremo questa situazione.
Six months ago I bought a pair of gold earrings. They were not used every day, but only occasionally.
Therefore, the latch came off and I went to the store to fix the problem.
Only now did the staff tell me that the warranty is only TWO WEEKS and they take no responsibility.
Despite being a factory issue, the staff scolded me for not being careful with the earrings and for that reason they fell off.
As a solution, the shop advised me to buy another pair of earrings, because they can no longer be repaired, obviously with your own money, without any discount, not to mention the refund.
The staff is incompetent, when buying the earrings they didn't even announce anything about warranty.
THE TWO WEEKS OF WARRANTY speaks of the QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio un giro in Gold gallery a Ferrara per cercare un orologio da regalare a Natale a mio figlio, Durante la scelta mi confrontato con mia figlia tramite WhatsApp inviando qualche foto per un consiglio!!! Premetto avrei acquistato un orologio che si avvicinava ai 490€...
Insomma!!! Mentre faccio una foto, vengo richiamato da una commessa biondina un po' robustina dicendomi!!! Non si possono fare foto perché le vetrine sono allarmante!!!! Mi sono girato e ho detto se stesse scherzando, veramente umiliante... Non andrò mai più ad acquistare da loro, vergogna

Ma allora neanche dovevi farmi entrare... C'è l'ho ma mi sono rifiutata, sono uscita e ho comprato lo stesso oggetto in un altro negozio della stessa galleria, a pochi passi, dove gentilissime commesse non mi hanno fatto sentire una discriminata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci tengo a fare questa recensione, fosse stato per me gli avrei dato zero stelle, ma obbligatoriamente se ne deve dare minimo una detto questo non posso prendermela con la commessa perché lei è una dipendente, ma i titolari o il titolare sono dei gran truffatori, vendono oggetti a un prezzo non equivalenti al peso detto inizialmente bensì peso minore, cioè mi hanno venduto un anello che inizialmente pesava in un modo pagato gli stessi soldi quando lo sono andata a ritirare, ma con peso inferiore a quello che mi hanno fatto pagare. Non lo volevo più acquistare perché mi sentivo truffata ed anche perché mancava dell’oro a quell’anello, ma mi è stato detto che non si poteva fare e che si doveva prendere così com’era. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare oro da loro.

I strongly advise against buying gold from them.
