Sempre problemi con i pacchi, e non si capisce mai quando arriverà precisamente la consegna, la quale risulta difficile intercettare anche tramite numero di spedizione, che molte volte è inesistente. Oggi pomeriggio ho controllato sul loro sito il numero di telefono a cui ho chiamato ininterrottamente senza ricevere risposta. A questo punto sempre sul loro sito ho controllato giorni ed orari di apertura ed ho letto che era aperto. A questo punto nonostante ci fossero 40º ho deciso comunque di andare a ritirare il mio pacco visto che ripeto il sito riportava aperto. Quando sono arrivata davanti alla sede ho con mio grande disappunto scoperto che era chiuso! Erano le ore 16.00 e sulla porta c'era un foglio con scritto: dal 9 luglio chiuso venerdì pomeriggio e chiuso il sabato! Ma insomma, ci vuole tanto ad aggiornare gli orari sul sito o perlomeno mettere un messaggio vocale sulla segreteria telefonica che informa sugli orari e giorni corretti? Certo è che io non userò più la Gls per ritirare i miei acquisti. Oltretutto domani parto e non potrò portare con me la merce che avevo ordinato.
