Hanno detto che l'indirizzo dove consegnare era errato ( mai successo con altri corrieri), Non hanno chiamato al numero da me fornito per eventuali istruzioni (..... forse su come usare il navigatore). Il customer service non aiuta in nessun modo, anzi scarica barile ai clienti. Il mio pacco lo hanno loro e pretendono che vada io a ritirarlo ( ma io ho pagato per la consegna a casa). Assumete corrieri che sappiano almeno leggere! Vergogna! Non acquisterò MAI PIÙ da negozi che spediscono con GLS. Consiglio a tutti voi la stessa COSA. ULTIMA CONSIDERAZIONE: Rispondono a tutti con lo stesso patetico messaggio di scuse ( e per loro quindi il problema è risolto), cambiando solo il nome della persona alla quale è indirizzato! Troppo lavoro scriverne uno nuovo..... Probabilmente hanno quello pronto per non dover scrivere chissà quanti messaggi per chiedere scusa a più persone! Da vomito GLS a Catanzaro! Poveri noi......... Mi vergogno per voi.......

The customer service does not help in any way, on the contrary it unloads a barrel for customers. They have my package and they expect me to pick it up (but I paid for the delivery to my home). Hire couriers who can at least read! Shame! I will NEVER buy from stores that ship with GLS AGAIN. I recommend the same THING to all of you. LAST CONSIDERATION: They answer everyone with the same pathetic message of apology (and for them therefore the problem is solved), changing only the name of the person to whom it is addressed! Too much work to write a new one ..... They probably have the one ready for not having to write who knows how many messages to apologize to more people! From GLS vomit to Catanzaro! Poor us ......... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda poco MA POCO AFFIDABILE, non si capisce perchè il suo personale evita di consegnare i pacchi. Solita motivazione : INDIRIZZO ERRATO, CLIENTE SCONOSCIUTO, ECC. ECC.
Premesso che il recapito doveva avvenire c/o il mio ufficio (sempre aperto fino alle 18) e malgrado la consegna prevedeva l'avviso prima della consegna, l'operatore SE NE E' Fot.... e ha comunicato indirizzo errato. Valli ha capire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il corriere GLS e mi riferisco in generale (io ordino abitualmente per cui mi arrivano molto spesso dei pacchi) ma tale "servizio" è in assoluto IL PEGGIORE.
Non solo i pacchi che si perdono nel nulla e se vengono rispediti impiegano ritardi su ritardi grazie alla vostra poca professionalità ma anche se telefoni o non ti rispondono (in orario lavorativo più volte) o non ti sanno dare risposta nemmeno se gli dai il tracking. Io rido e basta (e ho avuto più esperienze)
P.S ci fossero le 0 stelle non ve le leva nessuno,purtroppo il minimo di stelle è 1 e ringraziate!
The GLS courier and I mean in general (I usually order so I often get parcels) but this "service" is by far THE WORST.
Not only the packages that get lost in thin air and if they are sent back they employ delays after delays thanks to your lack of professionalism but also if you call or do not answer you (during working hours several times) or do not know how to give you an answer even if you give them the tracking. I just laugh (and have had more experiences)
PS there were 0 stars, nobody takes them out, unfortunately the minimum of stars is 1 and thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspettavo un pacco, controllo l'avanzamento della spedizione, risulta non consegnato per indirizzo errato e in attesa di istruzioni dal mittente. Nelle note era inserito il nr di telefono, mai contattata. Chiamo e dopo un'attesa infinita ad ascoltare la voce registrata, mi dicono che loro non sono tenuti a consegnare se c'è qualcosa che a loro dire non torna. In più non sono tenuti a telefonare, anzi, il corriere sul palmare, pur essendo presenti nelle note, varie informazioni non visualizza i recapiti telefonici o altre eventuali necessità. Appare solo la modalità di pagamento. Mai successa una cosa del genere con gli altri corrieri. Servizio sconsigliato vivamente. E la cosa inquietante è leggere vedere come non si faccia nulla per migliorare.

Chiamo la sede di Catanzaro e fornisco il numero di spedizione (perché ho ricevuto la mail dalla Gls in quanto il pacco era in consegna, ma noto l'indirizzo errato) ma non mi fanno nemmeno comunicare l'indirizzo corretto, perché è mio compito contattare la sede mittente e comunicare l'errore dell'indirizzo per poter sbloccare la consegna! Ma se vi sto dando il numero di spedizione di chi c... può essere il pacco!!?? Se lo tengono loro per 10 giorni lavorativi e poi lo rimandano indietro! Ma che politica sarebbe???!! Ma andate a quel paese, voi è tutta la gls! Siete fortunati solo perché non fanno scegliere più il corriere a chi fa l'ordine se no a quest'ora non credo che sareste lì a "lavorare "...
