M	Michela Chierzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata da Qua la zampa giovedi scorso, 14 dicembre, il giorno prima del mio matrimonio, perché volevo che il mio cucciolo fosse pulito e pettinato da professionisti ( io faccio del mio meglio, ma non sempre ci riesco e il suo pelo tende a fare tanti bozzetti, difficili da districare). Ho chiesto di accorciare un po’ il pelo proprio per togliere qualche bozzetto. Dopo un’ora ho ritrovato il mio cucciolo completamente rasato a zero con il rasoio ( avevo scelto Qua la zampa perché mi avevano detto che avrebbero usato le forbici: il rasoio rovina il pelo). Ora il mio cucciolo ha sempre freddo ed è ancora più piccolo e spaventato. Spero con tutto il cuore che non succeda ad altri cagnolini. Nonostante il mio sia un cane piuttosto problematico, sono riusciti perfettamente ad essere all'altezza della situazione e ad andare oltre alle aspettative. Bravi!!! I couldn't be more satisfied! Anche la mia cagnolina , che ha un carattere diffidente , si trova molto bene con loro ed è docile . Consiglio vivamente questo negozio ! I have been wearing my boxer shorts for years in this grooming shop: I am really satisfied! The owners are very kind, experienced, professional. Il tosatore non riusciva a tagliare il pelo a un cane di piccola taglia, alla fine con il mio intervento è riuscito a tagliarglielo ma ha lasciato il cucciolo pieno di chiazze . Mai più . Bad service. The clipper could not cut the hair of a small dog, in the end with my intervention he managed to cut it but he left the puppy full of spots. Never again .

Fra le altre cose il cane, che di indole è diffidente, quando è tornato lì scodinzolava....vuol dire che tanto male non è stata trattata!!!
