Ho avuto in passato bisogno della loro toelettatura, ottima esperienza. It is my usual shop, I have 2 German Shepherds and 2 cats. I find everything and with competitive prices. Kind, courteous and prepared staff. I needed their grooming in the past, great experience.

Nel mio caso ho acquistato grilli da pasto per la mia pogona, un 100 grilli medi 20€; per intenderci il prezzo medio della stessa quantità e grandezza è di circa 9€, perciò è davvero tanto, comunque avendone necessità li ho comprati e mi son detto “forse saranno allevati con metodi particolari e costano di più”. Beh.. dico solo che arrivato a casa li ho controllati e messi nella loro teca e la metà se non di più erano già morti.. ok.. 40 grilli di solito li pago 3€ in questo negozio 20€.. mi dispiace, ma non è per niente normale! Looking at the reviews it looks like a fantastic shop, but maybe they aren't very truthful. In my case I bought meal crickets for my pogona, a 100 medium cricket € 20; to be clear, the average price of the same quantity and size is about 9 €, so it is really a lot, however, having need of it, I bought them and I said to myself “maybe they will be raised with special methods and they cost more”. Well .. I just say that when I got home I checked them and put them in their case and half if not more were already dead .. ok .. 40 crickets I usually pay them 3 € in this shop 20 € .. I'm sorry, but it's not normal at all!

Al momento la mia esperienza non è positiva però, ho acquistato per 9 euro una piantina per acquario d'acqua dolce che una volta tolta dal vasetto si è rivelata con le radici completamente marce, mai successo. E di piante ne ho acquistate e piantate parecchie nei miei 4 acquari. Se si salva qualcosa è un miracolo. Comunque tornerò e proverò a capire se può essere stato un caso, il personale è stato gentile e su questo nulla da dire. Spero di poter rifare questa recensione aggiungendo le stelle che mancano. Very large and well stocked. Convenient parking. At the moment my experience is not positive, however, I bought for 9 euros a seedling for freshwater aquarium that once removed from the jar turned out to be completely rotten, never happened. And I bought and planted several plants in my 4 aquariums. If you save something it is a miracle. Anyway I will come back and try to understand if it may have been a coincidence, the staff was kind and nothing to say about this. I hope I can do this review again by adding the missing stars.
