Friendly, calm, meticulous in explanations and nice. I highly recommend it to anyone who goes to Matera as a tour guide. I contacted her privately by finding her contact on the web, we did a private tour with another friend of mine, the price of which I don't remember, but it was lower and more convenient than going to an intermediary tourist guide agency.
