★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca disponibilità e interesse verso il cliente. Di professionalità non posso parlare perché si sono defilati senza rispondere ad una richiesta più che normale per un servizio richiesto da me (cambiare un gioiello facendone realizzare uno nuovo).
Voglio pensare che forse erano molto impegnati da non poter rispondere.
(In risposta poi alla risposta datami dopo più sotto: il mio è un giudizio oggettivo da cliente, non ho niente di personale, parlo per come sono trattata: poca disponibilità poiché, se davvero ci fosse stato interesse, non ci si sarebbe defilati ma si sarebbe potuto orientare il cliente sul come potersi organizzare per il cambio. E dalla vostra risposta si evince anche il quadro di cordialità. Un professionista non avrebbe risposto in tale modo. Per cui non prendetevela, la prossima volta siate più gentili e disponibili magari).
Little availability and interest in the customer. I cannot speak of professionalism because they slipped away without responding to a more than normal request for a service requested by me (changing a jewel by having a new one made).
I want to think that maybe they were very busy that they could not answer.
