★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un’ottima impressione fin dal primo incontro con la Sig.ra Cristina, professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità qui sono di casa, ottima posizione anche per chi deve spostarsi verso il centro città e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente, appartamenti ben tenuti, possibilità di parcheggio all’interno dello stabile e il non plus ultra piscina sul tetto a disposizione di tutti gli affittuari. Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff sempre disponibile nel risolvere velocemente qualsiasi esigenza/problema. Grazie continuate così……..
 I had a great impression from the first meeting with Mrs. Cristina, professionalism, kindness and helpfulness are at home here, excellent location also for those who have to move to the city center and well served by public transport, excellent quality / price ratio , well-kept apartments, the possibility of parking inside the building and the non plus ultra swimming pool on the roof available to all renters. Thanks to all the staff always available to quickly solve any need / problem. Thanks keep it up .........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, dopo 4 mesi dovremo forse arrenderci alla mancata restituzione delle caparre... ci siamo visti addebitare oltre mille euro di spese per ripristino dei danni. Se potessi pubblicare le foto vi rendereste conto dello stato dei locali dopo aver provveduto personalmente alla sua pulizia... Un consiglio? Al momento della riconsegna state molto attenti a quello che firmate, siate precisi e determinati, non lasciate nulla alla discrezionalità perché una TINTA A PARETE (ove necessario) può diventare una TINTEGGIATURA per quasi 500€, mentre la pulizia di un appartamento pulito può costare quasi 300€... forse perché l'impresa ha lavorato di domenica (così risulta dalla fattura), proprio la stessa domenica in cui ero presente anche io che ho terminato di pulire e sgomberare poco prima delle ore 18 (forse non ci siamo incontrati per un soffio)... Faccio ancora fatica a credere che tutto ciò sia realmente accaduto...

At the time of return, be very careful about what you sign, be precise and determined, do not leave anything to the discretion because a WALL COLOR (where necessary) can become a PAINT for almost € 500, while cleaning a clean apartment can cost almost € 300 ... perhaps because the company worked on Sunday (so it appears from the invoice), just the same Sunday when I was also present, who finished cleaning and evacuating shortly before 6 pm (perhaps we did not meet for a breath) ... I still find it hard to believe that this really happened ...

Pessima esperienza, dopo aver preso un appuntamento, arrivati in sede, chi ci ha accolto in agenzia non sapeva dirci nemmeno per quale appartamento avevamo preso accordi. Dopo averle ricordato la conversazione telefonica e averle fatto vedere su app l’appartamento da loro in gestione di cui non ricordava nulla, lo stesso non risultava essere visionabile per mancata organizzazione con l’inquilino. Per farsi perdonare della sua disorganizzazione poteva provare a contattare l’inquilino, ma nemmeno questa ipotesi si è verificata. Se volete perdere il vostro tempo andate in questa agenzia!!!!

After reminding her of the telephone conversation and showing her the apartment they manage on the app, of which she did not remember anything, the same was not visible due to lack of organization with the tenant. To be forgiven for his disorganization, he could try to contact the tenant, but this hypothesis did not occur either. If you want to waste your time go to this agency !!!!
