Se qualcuno prima di me si è fidato, adesso con la nuova gestione associata , gestita da persone incompetenti, io non mi fiderei più.
Incapaci di organizzare un condominio, anche se piccolo,cattiva capacità a risolvere i problemi, richieste di costi di gestione maggiorati, relazioni interpersonali negative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone molto competenti e cordiali. Risolvono molto velocemente qualsiasi problema si presenti nell'ambito condominiale. Fornitori affidabili e capaci. Studio di veri professionisti nel settore, come pochi, ne sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto. Rapporto qualità prezzo insuperabile. Sempre attivi e disponibili, mattina e pomeriggio (a differenza di tutti gli amministratori che sono aperti al pubblico solo la mattina). Cosa dire di più...consiglio questo studio in tutto e per tutto. Provare per credere.
Very knowledgeable and friendly people. They very quickly solve any problem that arises in the condominium area. Reliable and capable suppliers. Study of real professionals in the sector, like few others, I was really satisfied. Unbeatable value for money. Always active and available, morning and afternoon (unlike all the administrators who are open to the public only in the morning). What to say more ... I recommend this studio through and through. Seeing is believing.
