L' amministratore M. invece di parlare chiaramente di quanto prescritto dalla legge e di fare tutto il necessario per essere in regola (non adempiremo alla UNI 10200), ha suggerito di rimandare all'anno venturo e proposto acquisti di natura facolatativa tipo valvole termostatiche elettroniche.
A mio avviso da evitare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese... Ovviamente non tutti, ma basta uno per essere scontenti. Quando vai dal tuo amministratore di condominio ti aspetti professionalità, capacità di fare il proprio lavoro bene e in tempi decenti, ti aspetti di non tornare dopo un mese e ciò che hai chiesto non sia ancora pronto. Ti aspetti di essere seguita, rispettata e trattata con cortesia. Qui manca questo in particolare parlo per 1 o 2 impiegate. Peccato che paghi l'amministratore, le spese condominiali nei tempi e rispettando le scadenze e ricevi scortesia e poca precisione e puntualità nei servizi.
Rude staff ... Obviously not all, but one is enough to be unhappy. When you go to your condominium administrator you expect professionalism, the ability to do your job well and in decent times, you expect not to return after a month and what you asked for is not yet ready. You expect to be followed, respected and treated with courtesy. This is missing here in particular I speak for 1 or 2 employees. Too bad you pay the administrator, the condominium expenses on time and respecting the deadlines and receive rudeness and lack of precision and punctuality in the services.
