Ottime le crescentine, servite belle calde e accompagnate da un buon piatto di salumi. Buoni anche primi e secondi, così come i dolci. Personale simpatico e gentile. Ci torneremo! Da provare :) Happened by chance, we chose EttoBO for an aperitif with friends which then turned into a pleasant dinner. The crescentine is excellent, served hot and accompanied by a good plate of cold cuts. Also good first and second courses, as well as desserts. Nice and kind staff. We will be back! To try :)

Prezzi abbordabili siamo, personale gentile ed il cibo comunque accettabile, buono. It no longer works like it used to ... there is no buffet, you don't weigh yourself and you don't choose anything in an alternative way. It has become a regular restaurant. We are affordable, friendly staff and still acceptable, good food.

Emanuele è un gentilissimo comproprietario e cameriere che porta il sorriso e la solarità della sua Palermo. Questa sera abbiamo preso le bolognesissime crescenti e affettati… buonissime! Piccole e gustose insieme a del formaggio alle noci con mostarda. Il fritto gustoso e abbondante. La volta scorso prese la classica cotoletta bolognese anche quella vale la pena. Dolci ottimi. La gentilezza finale nell’offerta un liquorino siciliano offerto dalla casa. Prezzo giustissimo. Abbiamo preso un tagliere di Crescentine e salumi da dividere in 4, come primi abbiamo optato per tagliatelle e gramigna con ragù e piselli e una cotoletta alla bolognese. Tutto buono, in particolare il tagliere e la cotoletta, servizio cortese leggermente lento. Conto totale per 4 persone (tagliere per 4, 4 primi, 2 secondi, acqua e vino della casa, 2 caffè, un ginseng e 1 amaro) 80€ totali (scontato con the fork). Due cose particolari: il prezzo indicato nel menù delle portate è all'etto, e normalmente, prenotando senza the fork, il coperto e l'acqua sono gratuiti. We went to this place by booking through the fork (which that day gave a 20% discount on the menu). We took a cutting board of Crescentine and cured meats to divide into 4, as first we opted for tagliatelle and gramigna with ragù and peas and a Bolognese cutlet. All good, especially the platter and the schnitzel, slightly slow courteous service. Total bill for 4 people (cutting board for 4, 4 first courses, 2 seconds, water and house wine, 2 coffees, a ginseng and 1 bitter) total € 80 (discounted with the fork). Two special things: the price indicated in the menu of courses is per pound, and normally, by booking without the fork, cover charge and water are free.

Irrorate di olio... peccato perché il sugo di pomodoro era buono.
