★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For lunch is an amazing place, it has an excellent vegan buffet (you pay by weight). You will see that it will be difficult to choose, because there are so many delicious choices, and you will want to taste everything. It also have a menu alla carta, with non vegan choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulously fresh and flavoursome vegetarian buffet ??- pay by weight. Love the vibe and the positive staff ??. Warning: it gets v busy around 1300 lunch time - so best to be here early for lunch so as not to be too disappointed or wait too long for a table.
Will be back!

Pizza and dough are made from sourdough!!!
The guy who makes bread and pizza told us how he makes a starter for the dough and he even gave us a little bit of it to take away! They also use spelt or kamut flour. Just simply the best food for those who are crazy about healthy nutrition like me))
Not even mentioning fresh juices they offer.
For the lunch they offer a buffet where everyone can chose what and how much they want to eat.
Also take away cutlery is made of environment friendly materials. That's the concept we are all awaiting for to become normal.
Just one advice I could suggest - to offer desserts without sugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something different in Bologna! Finally a different concept restaurant that serves bio and organic buffet in vegetarian and vegan options. Meat is available on the menu. Vegetables have not tasted so good! Recommend it for a quick bite! U pay for the weight of ur plate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice healthy and vegan-friendly restaurant which serves Italian fine dishes with an original twist. All ingredients are organic and fresh which brings the dishes to another level. We were there twice in two days. Once to order on the menu for dinner (delicious "Nerone", a wild rice risotto with curried flavors and "Vado di Messico!", tacos dish) and a second time to enjoy the buffet during which you pay by weight. The latest was fully vegetarian which is really appreciable and the options for vegan are clearly indicated. Whether you want to load your plate with different tastes for lunch or enjoy one of their "a la carte" menu. I highly recommand this place which is big and tends to get busy from its success.
