★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This crossfit box gives excellent lessons. Whether you are a beginner or have practiced the sport for a while the instructor helps you to carry out the exercises correctly. I can recommend it to anyone if he or she is in Bologna to visit this box!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped in here for two weeks during my stay in Bologna in July/August 2018.
I am very impressed with the welcoming of the coaches and members of this box. After two weeks it almost felt like home and the coaches were fantastic at translating when needed and did an excellent warmup, coaching and stretching.
This box is in walking distance from the train and bus station. The box is only 1 year old and is the standard size for a downtown box but space is very well used and they have excellent equipment.
My Italian vocabulary consists of 3 works so I was a little worried dropping in here but my worries were put to shame and I absolutely love this group of people and the box. I really enjoyed it here, 10/10, would come back any day and highly recommend for drop-ins!
