Mi sono fermato in due occasioni a prendere il caffè in due pomeriggi e in ambe due le occasioni sono stato trattato in maniera molto sgarbata dai dipendenti dell'esercizio. Non posso dire nulla di negativo sul prodotto , il caffè era buono ma il servizio è stato veramente pessimo. Non so se siano sempre così però sta di fatto che per me 2 su 2 è stato così. Hello, my experience in this place was very bad. I stopped on two occasions for coffee in two afternoons and on both occasions I was treated very rudely by the employees of the establishment. Can't say anything bad about the product, the coffee was good but the service was really bad. I don't know if they are always like this but the fact is that for me 2 out of 2 it was like this.

Scegliendo il menù hai il tuo primo o insalatona,il dolce o un piccolo contorno e l'acqua, serviti in piatti di coccio e vere posate. Personale gentile e veloce nel servizio. Speso 11,90 per una tagliatella al tartufo che di tartufo neanche aveva un lontano ricordo. Granella di nocciole inesistente e senza sale! Quando mi sono lamentata mi hanno risposto che loro il sale lo mettonono la mattina nell'acqua. Ma magari assaggia se lo hai messo! È la seconda volta che trovo insipido! Sicuramente non ci sarà una terza! Very negative! Lately it doesn't satisfy my palate! I spent 11.90 for a truffle tagliatella that didn't even have a distant memory of truffles. Non-existent and salt-free hazelnut grain! When I complained they told me that they put the salt in the water in the morning. But maybe taste if you put it! This is the second time I find it bland! Pasta fresca si sente la qualità, possibilità di prendere i menù con i dolci che a loro volta sono buonissimi, oppure le insalatone.. Grazie For me an excellent restaurant in the Gli Orsi di Biella shopping center. Taking into account the various choices of its kind I consider it the best .. Fresh pasta feels the quality, possibility to take the menus with the desserts which in turn are very good, or the salads ..
