So richtig keine Ahnung, was wir bestellt haben, aber es hat wunderbar geschmeckt. Wir haben die beiden angebotenen Menü gegessen. Unbedingt probieren. The first restaurant on our trip without pizza. We were more than positively surprised. I really have no idea what we ordered, but it tasted wonderful. We ate the two menu offered. Definitely try it.

Io con poco tempo disponibile per lavoro, ho assaporato una squisita lingua brasata con purea di patate e lenticchie e un bunet. Certo di ritornarci auguro un meritato buon lavoro al giovane cuoco, che mi pare chiamarsi Loris... In the medieval village of Ricetto, a small but pretty medieval inn, the traditional dishes of Piedmontese cuisine are few but very tasty. With little time available for work, I tasted a delicious braised tongue with mashed potatoes and lentils and a bunet. Sure to return I wish the young cook a well deserved job, who seems to be called Loris ...

La lingua in carpione, che non avevo mai provato, era superlativa, come anche la Crespellano di farine di castagne con polenta concia e fonduta. ? Prezzi nella norma e con estrema cortesia e disponibilità del personale. Green Pass controllato ?! Excellent cuisine with local products and Piedmontese tradition. The tongue in carpione, which I had never tried, was superb, as was the Crespellano of chestnut flour with polenta concia and fondue. ?
