★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizionato all'interno del centro commerciale Fiordaliso (zona ristorazione) è un ottimo ristorante self-service in cui potersi rilassare e mangiare dell'ottima pasta fresca made by Giovanni Rana. Ci sono diverse alternative di pasta con diversi ingredienti come:
-Duetto Salsiccia e Patate
-Tortelloni Parmigiano, carpaccio di tartufo e crema di Parmigiano
-Tagliolini alla Zucca
-Paccheri allo scoglio
-Tagliolini con caviale di tartufo e parmigiano
-Ravioli integrali ceci e broccoli
E altri piatti.
In base al tipo di piatto il costo varia. Ad esempio per un menu Duetto Salsiccia e Patate, Dolce e Acqua il costo è di €10,80. Fino ad un massimo di 13,90 per i piatti diversi e più complessi.
Dovrebbe essere migliorata l'organizzazione alle casse nei momenti di picco.
Consigliato soprattutto per la qualità.
 Located inside the Fiordaliso shopping center (restaurant area) it is an excellent self-service restaurant where you can relax and eat excellent fresh pasta made by Giovanni Rana. There are several pasta alternatives with different ingredients such as:
-Duetto Sausage and Potatoes
-Tortelloni Parmesan, truffle carpaccio and Parmesan cream
- Pumpkin tagliolini
-Paccheri with seafood
-Tagliolini with truffle caviar and parmesan
- Whole grain chickpeas and broccoli ravioli
And other dishes.
Depending on the type of dish, the cost varies. For example, for a Duetto Sausage and Potato, Sweet and Water menu the cost is € 10.80. Up to a maximum of 13.90 for different and more complex dishes.
Cash flow organization should be improved at peak times.

Personale altamente indisponente nei confronti dei clienti. A tratti maleducati. Fanno di tutto per farti andare via, pazzesco!
Piatto abbondanti ma di discreta qualità.
Non effettuano il controllo del Green pass.
Mai più.....

Highly annoying staff towards customers. Sometimes rude. They go out of their way to make you leave, crazy!
Plentiful dish but of decent quality.
They do not check the Green pass.
Never again.....

Il cibo è buono, non sensazionale, ma si capisce che gli ingredienti sono di qualità.
La gestione è veramente drammatica: attesa interminabile. Una sola persona alle preparazioni, e le signore preposte al front service sono totalmente inadeguate. Gestione dei tavoli inesistente. Le persone mangiano, ma nessuno fa notare loro che non possono fermarsi al tavolo per troppo tempo e questo ti porta ad una ricerca del posto spesso anche con confronti spiacevoli.
The location is good
The food is good, not sensational, but you understand that the ingredients are of quality.
The management is truly dramatic: interminable waiting. Only one person at the preparations, and the ladies in charge of the front service are totally inadequate. Management of tables does not exist. People eat, but no one points out to them that they cannot stay at the table for too long and this leads to a search for the place often even with unpleasant comparisons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per "pasta gourmet lovers"!!!! Prodotti di qualità , ampia scelta di piatti singoli o in menù dedicati.... Io ho provato I ravioli con burrata... Una vera sorpresa. Il tocco di classe? La spolverata di buccia di limone per rendere fresco il piatto al palato. Prezzi abbordabili ed è possibile pagare con tickets elettronici. Per me ?!!!!
For "pasta gourmet lovers" !!!! Quality products, wide choice of single dishes or in dedicated menus .... I tried the ravioli with burrata ... A real surprise. The touch of class? The sprinkling of lemon peel to make the dish fresh on the palate. Affordable prices and it is possible to pay with electronic tickets. For me ? !!!!

For those looking for a fleeting lunch but of excellent quality and delicious then I recommend you to choose him. Courteous and kind staff, I chose the menu with first and dessert for less than 11 euros. Generous and excellent portions.
