★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccellente servizio quello che ho ricevuto da Giordano Tecnocalor; oltre al servizio mi ha colpito la sensibilità con cui il titolare e gli impiegati hanno agito allo scopo di non farmi dormire al freddo; loro hanno capito il mio grande disagio e, pur se oberati da molti altri interventi, sono riusciti a trovare la giusta soluzione per effettuare il mio intervento in tempi brevissimi permettendo a me e ai miei cari di rimanere al calduccio. Ringrazio Giordano Tecnocalor sentitamente e, a chi mi legge, lo raccomando.
 Excellent service what I received from Giordano Tecnocalor; in addition to the service, I was struck by the sensitivity with which the owner and the employees acted in order not to let me sleep in the cold; they understood my great discomfort and, even if overburdened by many other interventions, they managed to find the right solution to carry out my intervention in a very short time allowing me and my loved ones to stay warm. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato veramente molto soddisfatto del servizio, dalla competenza, e dalla professionalità. Doveva venire un tecnico per una manutenzione, e era in ritardo di (appena) 10 minuti: mi hanno telefonato per avvisarmi. Sono rimasto piacevolmente stupito da questa cosa che ormai non fa più nessuno.
In più, sono stati molto ligi sia nel compilare le carte (cosa che non posso dire del precedente manutentore), e nel rispondermi a ogni mia domanda.
Avevo provato a contattare il precedente manutentore tramite il suo sito, ma non ho ricevuto risposta, ho quindi scritto a questi, e mi hanno risposto subito (per email, perché al telefono non avevo tanto tempo): hanno guadagnato un cliente.
Davvero bravi, li consiglio.
Aggiornamento: l'ultima manutenzione non mi è stata fatta in maniera completa, niente svuotamento e riempimento dell'acqua, niente pulizia del filtro. Il prezzo però è rimasto invariato, con metà del lavoro eseguito. Motivo per cui da 5 stelle passo a 3.
I was really very satisfied with the service, the competence, and the professionalism. A technician was supposed to come for a maintenance, and he was (just) 10 minutes late: they phoned me to let me know. I was pleasantly surprised by this thing that nobody does anymore.
In addition, they were very loyal both in filling out the papers (which I cannot say about the previous maintainer), and in answering all my questions.
I had tried to contact the previous maintainer through his site, but I did not receive an answer, so I wrote to them, and they replied immediately (by email, because I didn't have much time on the phone): they gained a customer.
Really good, I recommend them.
Update: the last maintenance was not done in a complete way, no emptying and filling of the water, no cleaning of the filter. However, the price remained unchanged, with half the work done. Reason why I go from 5 stars to 3.

I have a hairdresser shop, Tuesday morning I arrive in the store boiler blocked with 5 customers inside the business and 13 very hot degrees: BOILER BLOCKED, I urgently call Giordano Tecnocalor because I know very well the quality of their work, well, like every time they don't have me disappointed indeed they exceeded the expectation, 8 MINUTES LATER SIMONE WAS IN THE STORE, what to say thank you are more than a guarantee ?

Mi è capitato di aver bisogno 2 volte di assistenza tecnica per caldaia bloccata e hanno sempre tentato prima di aiutarmi telefonicamente facendomi fare delle operazioni preventive, per cercare di capire se era possibile farmi evitare (e risparmiare!) un intervento del loro tecnico. Molto onesti, non è da tutti! Li consiglio!
