I called twice for two different interventions. I spoke to voicemail to which I left my telephone number. I was not called back on both occasions despite verbal agreements ...... disorganized and loosely ..... perhaps for minor jobs do not deign ..... deleted ....

Sono stati puntualissimi, precisi, piuttosto puliti e sempre molto disponibili. Competenza vera, non da artigianetto sconclusionato e disorganizzato, ma una vera azienda preparata e orgabizzata. Posso solo dargli il voto massimo anche per averci risolto un problema con la doccia we relied on them for "small" jobs, that is to change the bathroom fixtures and install washing machines, dishwashers, and various taps and fittings. Successivamente mi passa uno dei titolari, che da subito risponde con arroganza e mi dice che loro preventivi non ne fanno, che il costo è in base alle ore di lavoro, che "non sa quanto ci può mettere" e che in più devo pagare il materiale che "io non ho". Considerato che naturalmente chiamerò un altro forse è stata una fortuna, visto che ho appena comprato casa, ho altri lavori da fare e mi serve una persona di fiducia. Il titolare dopo, l'ispezione e una valutazione dei costi "al volo" mi assicura che avrei ricevuto il preventivo scritto entro pochi giorni. Oggi, 28 Giugno 2021, nonostante i miei continui solleciti telefonici, non ho ancora ricevuto alcun preventivo, vi consiglio, in futuro, di evitare di accettare lavori che non intendete iniziare, a volte la chiarezza paga.
