I bought the engagement ring for my wife here and it was a great choice. They had so much patience with me that I was completely lost and they offered us great service even after the purchase: they enlarged the ring at no extra cost. Very recommendable.

A jewelry store a stone's throw from the Duomo where I bought a magnificent Federique Constant at the beginning of the year. Friendly and helpful staff, they were able to advise me on the most suitable watch model. Fully satisfied with the purchase and treatment. Recommended for all those who want to make or make a gift! ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID FOR WATCHES! Shop owners are ignorant about luxury watches. They spoke in a mix of Italian and English (thinking we didn’t understand as we were Asian) insinuating that my boyfriend was wearing a fake Patek watch when he wasn’t - he was wearing a smaller fashion watch brand (MVMT, definitely known to people who likes watches) very very ignorant especially when the branding is right on the dial -_-
The fact that he couldn’t tell the blatant difference between an affordable brand between a luxury brand shows that they have incompetent knowledge of the watches they are selling. Furthermore it is just straight up rude and unprofessional to insult customers when we are standing right there. Avoid like the plague!
