V	Valentina Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente ho ricevuto in regalo un anello comprato li.lo riporto il giorno stesso x stringerlo e mi viene detto che costa 25 € sinceramente essendo costato un bel Po rimango male ma lo lascio e m viene detto che in pochi giorni sarà pronto(portato di giovedi). Il mercoledì mi chiamano e invece d dire che era pronto mi viene detto che ancora non è stato ristretto e che anzi ci saranno circa 7/15 giorni d ritardo,chiedo un cambio e dopo un Po d titubanze mi viene accordato,domani vedrò cosa accadrà,comunque non comprerò più da loro. Honestly, I received a ring bought as a gift there. I carry it on the same day to tighten it and I am told that it costs 25 € sincerely since it cost quite a bit I feel bad but I leave it and it is said that in a few days it will be ready (brought on Thursday) . On Wednesday they call me and instead of saying that it was ready I am told that it has not yet been restricted and that indeed there will be about 7/15 days late, I ask for a change and after a while I am granted hesitation, tomorrow I will see what will happen , however I will not buy from them anymore.

Dico buongiorno ma la commessa nn risponde e continua a mettere a posto dentro la vetrina ..dopo che ero ferma lì da qualche minuto si gira e sbruffando mi dice : deve chiedere ? Io rispondo di sì e lei in modo ancora più maleducato mi dice : be allora chieda no ...a quel punto le ho detto che nn ho chiesto nulla perché lei stava facendo altro e questa è stata la sua risposta : guarda che sto lavorando ..!il negozio tra l’altro era vuoto . A quel punto sono uscita dal negozio . Io capisco che nn sia piacevole stare a lavoro mentre gli altri magari sono al mare ..ma tanta maleducazione nn la concepisco ..anche perché c’è gente che darebbe chissà cosa per avere un posto di lavoro ..nn pretendo il tappeto rosso all’ingresso ..ma almeno una risposta al mio buongiorno si ..!! Sconsiglio vivamente il punto vendita. Dopo la spesa fatta per un anello in oro bianco e diamanti mi viene detto di spendere ulteriori soldi per farlo stringere oppure aspettare dai 30/40 giorni per la consegna di un altro anello della misura giusta. Passati questi giorni chiamo e mi rispondono che devo aspettare altri due mesi, allucinante. Bad service. After shopping for a white gold and diamond ring, I am told to spend more money to get it tightened or to wait 30/40 days for the delivery of another ring of the right size. After these days I call and they answer that I have to wait another two months, hallucinating.

E	Elisabetta Cidale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco i commenti negativi.....sono anni che mi servo da loro ...la caratteristica principale è la gentilezza delle ragazze molto educate e con pazienza...(con me ci vuole...in quanto sono un indecisa )mi mostrano tutto quello che voglio provare ..sanno consigliare .....anche se non spendi 1000 euro di diamanti o oro ...mantengono la loro cortesia anche se compri un gioiello di poco valore...facendoti sembrare un ottima cliente anche se vuoi visionare...per poi pensarci a casa ti mettono a tuo agio .....anche con le poveracce come me????consiglio vivamente I do not understand the negative comments ..... I have used them for years ... the main feature is the kindness of the very polite and patient girls ... (with me it takes ... as I am undecided) they show me everything I want to try .. they can recommend ..... even if you don't spend 1000 euros on diamonds or gold ... they keep their courtesy even if you buy a jewel of little value ... making you look like a great customer too if you want to view ... and then think about it at home they put you at ease ..... even with poor women like me I highly recommend
