L	Luca Bazzucchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, andiamo per effettuare un cambio di un regalo (completino venduto per bambina invece era per bambino dalla commessa), ci mostra metà negozio e dopo che stavamo scegliendo chiediamo se sono nella fascia prezzo del cambio e la commessa si ricorda che non aveva controllato e dopo la verifica ci toglie il 90% degli abiti che ci aveva fatto vedere. Alla fine scegliamo una tutina e chiediamo se ci carica i punti della differenza di prezzo dell acquisto, fa tutte le procedure del cambio paghiamo e nuovamente chiediamo per i punti... Se lo era dimenticato... Punti persi e faccio notare che la tessera ci fu infilata nel nostro primo acquisto pagandola pure 8 euro... Se poi nemmeno ci date i punti che ci facciamo? Lo ho portato a casa e purtroppo la taglia non andava bene quindi la mattina seguente sono andata a cambiarlo ma la signora non mi ha permesso di fare il cambio del cambio. I went to change a gift they had given my daughter. I took it home and unfortunately the size did not fit so the next morning I went to change it but the lady did not allow me to change the change.
