★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi darei meno di una stella. Raramente lascio recensioni, ma stavolta sono costretta. Per non scendere nei dettagli, la commessa di nome Gloria che lavora in questo particolare store, mi ha dato articoli di taglia assolutamente non adatta a me.
Dopo aver riportato indietro i sopracitati prodotti, sottolineo senza averli indossati(dato che erano troppo grandi a vista d’occhio)..sono tornata da loro appena aperte le confezioni , e con una sgarbatezza e maleducazione a dir poco vergognose, mi ha accusata di averli già indossati e negato quindi la sostituzione. State alla larga!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia mamma ha acquistato per me una calza coprente della nuova collezione senza cuciture e volendo io invece un 20denari sono andata in store per cambiarlo e una commessa alta con capelli ricci mi ha detto che non esisteva in 20denari “glielo dico per certo che non esiste”. Mi sono fidata ma a quanto pare la commessa dovrebbe cambiare lavoro in quanto il 20denari della collezione senza cuciture esiste e come. Non acquisterò più nello store a Cospea.
My mom bought for me an opaque sock from the new seamless collection and if I wanted a 20 denier instead I went to the store to change it and a tall saleswoman with curly hair told me that it didn't exist in 20 deniers "I tell you for sure it doesn't exist" .
