F	Francesca Massimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stato regalato un braccialetto Pandora...per i miei 50 anni...nel portarlo si è aperto uno dei ciondoli..quello con scritto hippy con il cuoricino.. nel aprirsi si sono persi ...così con la garanzia ancora valida sono andata nel negozio di bracci a Terni..la commessa gentilissima mi ha detto che non poteva cambiare il ciondolo perché si era usurato...ed i ciondoli non cerano più...ma io dico se non me lo ero perso..non mi serviva sostituiti il ciondolo con la scritta...solo se era un difetto di fabbrica. .è stato un difetto di fabbrica per me ..sennò non si apriva.......mi facevano lo sconto se lo ricomprato...ma scherziamo...per non è serietà...se i ciondoli erano tutti e l'anello non si era aperto...non mi serviva la garanzia...non è serietà..me ne sono andata molto delusa ... Mi hanno detto di aspettare per la sostituzione in quanto non avevano ancora riordinato i prodotti di quella linea. Post covid sono tornata e mi è stato detto che la garanzia di 2 ANNI non poteva essere considerata valida in quanto non tengono più quei prodotti. Ho chiesto allora una riparazione anziché il cambio visto che la garanzia ripeto è di 2 anni e sono passati 8 mesi (era fine settembre), mi è stato risposto che la riparazione me la devo pagare. Mi ero già trovata male in passato per la scortesia del personale, questa è stata solo la conferma che non è un negozio in cui effettuare acquisti Bad.
