★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho regalato un orologio maschile di valore al mio ragazzo acquistato presso stroili del centro commerciale di Savignano ..aperta la confezione e indossato lo stesso orologio lo stesso presentava difetto al cinturino.. portato dopo qualche gg allo stesso negozio ci veniva detto dalla dipendente che la garanzia non copriva il cinturino e che lo dovevamo aggiustare a nostre spese.... DA NN CREDERE PER UN OROLOGIO DI VALORE E DIFETTATO!!.. .. . Nn acquisteremo più presso catene stroili.. E TANTOMENO NON LO CONSIGLIRTEMO A NESSUNO..
I gave my boyfriend a valuable men's watch purchased at the Stroili shopping center in Savignano .. opened the box and wore the same watch it had a defect on the strap .. worn after a few days at the same store we were told by the employee that the warranty did not cover the strap and that we had to adjust it at our expense .... FROM NN TO BELIEVE FOR A VALUABLE AND DEFECTIVE WATCH !! .. ... We will no longer buy from stroili chains .. AND WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A natale mi è stato regalato un orologio da polso maschile della sector comperato presso suddetto negozio.. Aperto la scatola e indossato l orologio, lo stesso presentava difetto nella chiusura del cinturino. Dopo qualche giorno riportato nello stesso negozio e facendolo anche analizzare alla ragazza addetta la quale ci confermava del difetto,ma la stessa ci riferiva che il cinturino non era coperta dalla garanzia e che dovevamo farlo aggiustare a nostre spese.. Ora mi chiedo.. Ma è normale questo trattamento su un orologio di valore acquistato da qualche giorno e con difetto??? Non torneremo mai più ad acquistare presso un centro stroili e faremo brutta pubblicità per la loro non professionalità ... Deludenti..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco tempo fa ho acquistato un orologio Festina per il compleanno di mio marito, gli si è rotto il perno che tiene agganciato il cinturino al quadrante, l'ho portato per farlo aggiustare e mi sono sentita dire che loro il pezzo non ce l'hanno e che devo andare da un'oroligiaio. Mi chiedo è mai possibile che non ti facciamo assistenza? Posso capire su prodotti non venduti da loro, ma sulla loro merce? Che delusione e arrabbiatura. Poca professionalità.
