Mi è capitato di acquistare un anello qui e mi è stata garantita AL MOMENTO DELL’ACQUISTO la sostituzione del prodotto qualora fosse andato perso un brillantino. Ebbene, dopo averlo sostituito due volte (ogni anno in pratica), ci sono tornata a inizio estate sempre perché mancava un brillantino e mi sono sentita dire che l’anello è fuori produzione e dunque me lo devo tenere così o eventualmente andare nello store di Ravenna e da lì spedirlo a riparare.
Dunque, senza soffermarci sul prezzo del prodotto, cosa dovrei fare?
Un marchio che non offre le garanzie promesse sul prodotto, che vende prodotti (che hanno il loro costo, non sono chiacchiere) della durata di un anno (?), come può andare avanti?
Non comprerò più qui e in nessun altro negozio Pandora, almeno finché non saranno in grado di garantire i prodotti che vendono.
Questa non è una critica al negozio in questione ma proprio a Pandora, anzi mi è capitato di parlare con commesse molto gentili e pazienti che facevano solo il loro lavoro.
Beautiful but expensive jewels, in my opinion the value for money is not respected.
I happened to buy a ring here and at the time of purchase I was guaranteed to replace the product if a diamond was lost. Well, after having replaced it twice (practically every year), I went back to it at the beginning of the summer again because a diamond was missing and I was told that the ring is out of production and therefore I have to keep it like this or possibly go to the store. Ravenna and from there send it for repair.
So, without dwelling on the price of the product, what should I do?
A brand that does not offer the promised product warranties, that sells products (which have their cost, are not gossip) lasting one year (?), How can it go on?
I will not buy here and any other Pandora store again, at least until they are able to guarantee the products they sell.
This is not a criticism of the shop in question but of Pandora, indeed I happened to speak with very kind and patient salespersons who only did their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bracciale acquistato a gennaio 2019 in questo negozio. Torno per una sostituzione in garanzia ma non rispondono perché la gestione del negozio Pandora nel frattempo è cambiata. Non ne faccio una colpa alle commesse che forse eseguono solo degli ordini. Comunque, o me lo ripago o devo rivolgermi al precedente proprietario che tra l'altro non ha più negozi in zona. Mi sembra una cosa allucinante per un marchio come Pandora, che trovi ormai in tutto il mondo, non offrire un servizio di sostituzione in qualsiasi negozio con una garanzia originale in mano! Ho mandato anche due mail all'indirizzo del sito ufficiale ma non si sono ancora degnati di rispondere. Gioielli bellissimi, ma assistenza veramente deludente per quello che si paga.
Bracelet purchased in January 2019 in this store. I go back for a replacement under warranty but they don't answer because the management of the Pandora shop has changed in the meantime. I don't blame it on the orders that perhaps only carry out orders. Anyway, either I pay it back or I have to contact the previous owner who, among other things, no longer has shops in the area. It seems to me a shocking thing for a brand like Pandora, which you now find all over the world, not offering a replacement service in any store with an original guarantee in hand! I have also sent two e-mails to the address of the official website but have not yet bothered to answer. Beautiful jewels, but really disappointing assistance for what you pay.

Pessimi loro è pessimo il prodotto
