I bought two rings and a bracelet when I was on a trip to Milan, and the bracelet broke about 1,5 weeks after purchase. I contacted customer service and the told me that the only way to resolve this issue is to swap out the bracelet in-store in Italy. As I am no longer in Italy, this is not an option for me. Though, customer service told me that this was really the only way to solve the situation and that a refund was also not possible. So, if you want some cute jewelry for a budget price, find another store that does offer a solution even if you are not in Italy. Otherwise you will just be left with less money in your bank account and broken jewelry.
