★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale non proprio cortesissimo e con poca attenzione al cliente (almeno a me è successo 2 volte su 3 con 3 commesse diverse), tempi di attesa per essere serviti mediamente lunghi se c'è più di una persona e (qui è colpa del marchio e non del punto vendita) in caso di non disponibilità delle taglie, il cambio del gioiello avviene dopo 40+ giorni.
Staff not really very polite and with little attention to the customer (at least to me it happened 2 times out of 3 with 3 different orders), waiting times to be served on average long if there is more than one person and (here is the fault of the brand and not of the point of sale) in case of non-availability of the sizes, the change of the jewel takes place after 40+ days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sconsigliatissimo, attenti a comprare in questo negozio in cui cercano di truffarvi.. una commessa ha tentato di vendermi un solitario oro bianco e zircone spacciandolo per topazio.. sgamata alla cassa dalla sua stessa collega a cui ho chiesto di che pietra si trattasse e che mi ha confermato che non si trattava di topazio bianco ma di zircone..cose da pazzi! Da evitare come la peste
sconsigliatissimo, careful to buy in this store where they try to scam you .. a saleswoman has tried to sell me a solitary white gold and zircon passing it off for topaz .. sgamato cashier by his own colleague to whom I asked what stone it was and that he confirmed that it was not white topaz but zircon .. crazy things! To be avoided like the plague

Dopo aver scelto frettolosamente un bracciale perchè la commessa, bassa coi ricci, sembrava infastidita mi sn recata alla cassa per pagare. Nel mentre mia figlia aveva adocchiato un anello, gentilmente ho chiesto alla commessa di prenderlo perchè l'avrei comprato. Mi ha risposto in maniera così sgarbata e maleducata che mi sono vergognata io per lei. ''Adesso devo ritornare di nuovo alla vetrina a prendere l'anello?'' Pessima. Alla fine mi sn accorta che la furbetta non mi aveva staccato nemmeno lo scontrino per un eventuale cambio, dato che era un regalo. Non ci tornerò più!
Very bad experience with the orders of this shop. After hastily choosing a bracelet because the shop assistant, short with curls, seemed annoyed, I went to the cashier to pay. While my daughter had eyed a ring, I kindly asked the saleswoman to take it because I would have bought it. She replied in such a rude and rude way that I was ashamed for her.
