★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più in questo posto.Ho portato un Casio del valore di €39,90,da riparare il gancio di Chiusura, in garanzia,l’addetta vendita mi ha detto che lo avrebbe spedito a Milano per il preventivo e che essendo in garanzia non avrei pagato spedizione. Morale della favola mi chiamano dicendo che il gancio non vale come garanzia, per ripararlo ci vogliono €44 (ripeto l’orologio vale 39,90), ovviamente dico che non voglio ripararlo e mi rispondono che per riaverlo devo pagare €10 di spedizione altrimenti verrà smaltito come rifiuto! Non ci sono parole, è un furto bello e buono! Ovviamente per riavere l’orologio di mio figlio, dovrò pagare €10 e cercare un altro orologiaio che lo sistemi. Mai piu Casio mai piu Stroili
Never again in this place. I brought a Casio worth € 39.90, the closing hook to be repaired, under warranty, the sales clerk told me that she would send it to Milan for the quote and that being under warranty I would have paid for shipping. Moral of the story they call me saying that the hook is not valid as a guarantee, to repair it it takes € 44 (I repeat the watch is worth 39.90), of course I say that I do not want to repair it and they reply that to get it back I have to pay € 10 shipping otherwise will be disposed of as waste! There are no words, it is a beautiful and good theft! Obviously, to get my son's watch back, I will have to pay € 10 and look for another watchmaker to fix it. Never again Casio, never again Stroili
