Ho acquistato una collana d' oro da 600 euro per il mio fidanzato, Visto che e' stato un acquisto improvviso sono dovuta ritornare il giorno dopo dalla CH, La commessa che mi ha seguito non smetteva di parlare e insisteva nel volerci vendere mezzo negozio. Insomma , se compro un gioiello cash a 600 euro ho già dato abbastanza , soprattutto per il non servizio che mi viene offerto. Ho avuto la netta sensazione di essere un pollo da spennare!!! In breve, dopo un'attesa di 30 minuti, per il pagamento la commessa mi ha liquidata , Le ho spiegato che dovevo fare il tax free...ma la sua risposta e' stata chiara, Troppo tardi, oramai ho fatto lo scontrino fiscale.. No ma non ci siamo! Sono venuta due volte dalla CH , due giorni prima c era la promozione del black friday con - 40% su quell' articolo, la commessa mi insegue per farmi comprare tutto, e non mi fa il tax free??? contatto con la clientela zero.. Chiamo la commessa per riportare il prodotto che mi e' indigesto! Faccio notare il servizio scadente e mi riattacca il telefono??? no ma cambiate mestiere poiche' il servizio alla cliente é determinante soprattutto in un gioielleria!!! vergogna per il trattamento!
