Spesso quando si chiede qualcosa di poco conto, da parte di molti esercenti si percepisce una sensazione di fastidio direi che qua al contrario si respira il piacere di accontentare anche un pseudo cliente. Mi sono recato poc'anzi per richiedere una veloce lettura di un codice di un orologio, per effettuarla era necessario perdere qualche minuto, ma pur essendo entrata una cliente il titolare non ha esitato a fare quello per il quale poi non ha nemmeno voluto essere corrisposto che dire....considerato che non poteva ricordare che in passato mi ero rivolto presso il negozio per questioni più interessanti non posso che manifestare pubblicamente un ringraziamento al bel modo di gestire un'attività.
